Refund Policy

If merchandise is damaged upon delivery, it must be reported in writing via email within 10 days of receipt. Returns are only available in the event of damaged merchandise. Carry Me Everywhere will give you a return authorization number to use when shipping back. We will give you a FedEx shipping number to use when returning damaged merchandise. Upon arrival at our facility and confirmation of damage, you will be refunded the cost you incurred for the merchandise that was damaged via refund to your original method of payment.
